Practical session - Espresso preparation (45 minutes)

• Demonstration on the use of the professional espresso machine.

• Hands-on practice with grinding and tamping.

• Extraction practice and calibration techniques.

Practical session - Preparing the perfect cappuccino (60 minutes)

• Milk steaming techniques using a professional steam wand.

• Introduction to micro-skimmed milk.

📍 Where the Cafeteria Pro Masterclass is held

Courses are held at the Ferrara office of La Torrefazione La Brasiliana, in Via V. Veneziani 52.

The indoor bar is equipped with three stations complete with professional espresso machines, coffee grinders, water purifier, glass washer and icemaker.
The proximity to the active roaster in production allows participants to observe live the transformation of the green bean and learn more about the characteristics of the different origins that make up a blend.

⚠️Right of withdrawal and cancellation policy La Brasiliana / AICAF courses

The courses that can be purchased on this site take place in the presence and are programmed for specific dates indicated in the summary sheet of each course.

Pursuant to’Article 59(1)(n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services relating to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, once you have completed enrolment in your chosen course, there is no refund of the fee paid.

If unable to participate, the participant may:

• request the postponement of registration to a later date, if available, by communicating it at least 7 days earlier the date of the course;
• ceding one's participation to another person, after notifying the organisation by email.

Should the organisation be forced to change the date of the course, participants will be able to choose between:

• participate in the proposed new date;
• request the shift to another available date;
• request the full reimbursement of the fee paid.

The organisation also reserves the right to cancel the course due to force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants; in such cases a new date will be proposed or the fee paid will be refunded.
