The AICAF Pro Milk Art Course is designed for bartenders, professionals or even amateurs who want to hone their manual dexterity, creativity and precision in the creation of artistic figures with milk cream.

During the course you will learn how best to handle mount, temperature and free pouring, right up to the creation of complex designs such as hearts, leaves and tulips, under the guidance of a certified teacher . (Italian Academy of Coffee Masters).

📚 Latte Art Pro Course Programme 

Theoretical session

• Introduction to Milk Art: origins and history.

• Tools and materials needed (the 5 Ls).

• Milk fundamentals: composition, ideal temperature and whipping techniques.

Practical part - Foam creation and basic pouring (45 minutes)

• Practical demonstration of mounting techniques.

• Exercise on creating a perfect foam.

• Basic pouring: making a coffee cup with a heart design.

Practical part - Advanced techniques of latte art (60 minutes)

• Advanced pouring and milk flow control.

• Creation of more complex figures such as leaves and tulips.

Conclusions

• Discussion on how to improve one's latte art techniques.

• Summary of skills acquired.

• Delivery of the’AICAF certificate of attendance.

📍 Where the Latte Art Pro course is held

Courses are held at the Ferrara office of La Torrefazione La Brasiliana, in Via V. Veneziani 52.

The indoor bar is equipped with three stations complete with professional espresso machines, coffee grinders, water purifier, glass washer and icemaker.
The training room, adjacent to the bar and production hall, has over 20 seats, projector and screen for presentations.
Thanks to its proximity to the roaster in operation, participants will be able to observe live the transformation of the green bean and learn more about the characteristics of the individual origins that make up a blend.

⚠️Right of withdrawal and cancellation policy La Brasiliana / AICAF courses

The courses that can be purchased on this site take place in the presence and are programmed for specific dates indicated in the summary sheet of each course.

Pursuant to’Article 59(1)(n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services relating to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, once you have completed enrolment in your chosen course, there is no refund of the fee paid.

If unable to participate, the participant may:

• request the postponement of registration to a later date, if available, by communicating it at least 7 days earlier the date of the course;
• ceding one's participation to another person, after notifying the organisation by email.

Should the organisation be forced to change the date of the course, participants will be able to choose between:

• participate in the proposed new date;
• request the shift to another available date;
• request the full reimbursement of the fee paid.

The organisation also reserves the right to cancel the course due to force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants; in such cases a new date will be proposed or the fee paid will be refunded.
